The 5th SEUD Congress expect to be accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or Visa

The Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is mandatory for visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to Canada except U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid visa.

The eTA is electronically linked to one’s passport and is valid for five years or until your passport expires. Applying for an eTA is a simple and inexpensive online process that will take just a few minutes.

Please note that citizens of certain countries require a visa to visit or transit Canada.

Letter of Invitation – Business Travel

In some cases, foreign delegates or business travellers may require a Letter of Invitation to include in a visa application. Please contact the congress secretariat at Manon Algoud registration@seud.org to obtain an invitation letter.
Kindly note that your registration to the meeting must be paid prior to receiving an invitation letter.

It is important to note that a Letter of Invitation does not guarantee that a visa will be granted to the person in question.

General information and cancellation policies

If you want to take advantage of the lower fees offered, make sure that your registration and the payment are went well in advance. For junior in training fee, please provide a proof document to registration@seud.org in order to validate your registration. The final deadline for pre-registration is on April 16th 2019. It is possible to register on site, but the the congress organisers recommend prebooking to precent delays to delegates. Com&Co must be notified of any cancellation in writing.
Cancellation from March 16th 2019 to April 16th 2019: refunds less 25% (administrative charge).
Cancellation after April 16th 2019: no refund will be given. No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
